Dr. Michael Miller Tallahassee ChiropractorDr. Mike is a Florida native, born and raised in central Florida. Marrying his long time sweetheart Julie They have two children, Austin and Adyson. He and his family love anything outdoors and enjoy swimming, fishing and golf. You might also see Dr. Mike cruising down the canopy roads in his little MGB that he's had since high school.

Dr. Mike was extremely active in sports, especially football and skiing. He had plenty of opportunity's to visit the doctor when he was young. His first experience with a chiropractor wasn't until he turned twelve. His parents had him evaluated for an apparent progressive scoliosis. He was given a strict regimen of chiropractic adjustments and exercise so he was able to keep the scoliosis from progressing and led a normal active life. He had the opportunity to be a part of his High School's varsity football team that won the State Championship his senior year. Later in his twenties he was injured while working at Publix Super Markets and again chiropractic treatments were utilized to aid his body in healing correctly. He was able to continue working there for nearly thirteen years. He retired from Publix in 1993 and returned to school doing the majority of his undergraduate studies at FSU. He attended Chiropractic College at Life University while simultaneously earning his Bachelors of Science from Regents College.

He practices general chiropractic and uses a diverse hands-on technique. Since graduation in 2000 he has had the opportunity to gain extensive post-graduate training in whiplash and mild traumatic brain injuries. More recently his personal interests have pointed him towards sports related trauma and the rehabilitation of those injuries. In 2010 he earned his Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (C.C.S.P.) from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He's had the privilege of working with all levels of athletes including professional football and baseball players and Olympians. Dr. Mike has a special interest in youth athletics since he has two young athletes of his own. "The young athletes need special attention with regards to injury prevention and treatment because they haven't reached skeletal maturity", says Dr. Mike. "Proper mechanics are crucial to the young athlete in the prevention of injury, and maintaining spinal alignment while participating in sports of any kind optimises performance".
